Description
A TV Series that the timeline in the series is the Sonic Adventure game timeline. One of the first anime animated Sonic The Hedgehog movies and tv series. The first anime tv series but the second anime "movie". The first anime of Sonic The Hedgehog is called Sonic The Hedgehog Ova. It is really just called "Sonic The Hedgehog" but the confusion of talking about the character Sonic, the movie(Sonic OVA), and the series(Sonic SATAM) made fans need to classify it.
Characters
One of the main number 1 characters is Sonic The Hedgehog. Followed along by the second main character Christopher Thorndike(known as "Chris" in the series). But there are some episodes featuring just Knuckles The Echidna, like "The Adventures Of Knuckles and Hawk". Other main characters include Amy Rose, Miles Prower(known as Tails worldwide), Cream The Rabbit, and Cheese The Chao. There are also episodes featuring mainly just Rouge The Bat, other(like mentioned before) featuring just Knuckles, others also featuring Chris' classmates.
Some episodes(because of the Sonic Adventure timeline) Chaos and Tikal appear in flashbacks and actual appearances. Eggman is also, one of the over-all MOST in the Series out of all of them. So he is more a main character then Sonic! Why? Because Sonic wasn't at all in "The Adventures of Knuckles and Hawk". Instead, Eggman was there. And mainly all known episodes at least feature Eggman.
Some other episodes also feature Sonic Adventure 2 characters, like Shadow and that weird monster you fight at the end of the game. Another character I forgot to mention in the previous paragraph is Big the Cat. ANOTHER character from Sonic Adventure.
I also want to mention that the President from Sonic Adventure 2 is in this series(often being shown)
Cosmo is also found ONLY IN season 3. She never appeared in any games though(see "IDEAS" for more)
Ideas
Many people still think to this day that Sonic X has a connection to Sonic Adventure 3 releasing. Even though I believe SEGA discontinued the Sonic Adventure series over about 20 years ago, people still tend to think it will come out. Speaking of it coming out, here is a little meme I made of it:
Anyway, we still don't know what SEGA is plotting... Maybe they discontinued it because it was going to be a Dreamcast series. Just so you know, the Dreamcast is a SEGA console, and the first to feature Sonic Adventure and it's sequel. BUT, Sonic Adventure 3 released ALSO on Nintendo GameCube after SEGA stopped making consoles.
So, theories for Sonic Adventure 3 are based off of season 3 of Sonic X. So, Meterex attack Mobius(Sonic's world) and other planets and Sonic must stop them.
But I've lost hope. For about a full year I thought they would release it, but no. I can't even picture the cover or gameplay. Hopefully, if you already knew this stuff, don't lose hope on it releasing!
